Refund policy
We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only. Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage.
Sale items, discounted purchases, local vendor items, and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dreidel reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our return requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

If you are local, feel free to bring your return to our storefront. After your return is received you will be send a gift card via mail that will be valid in store or online.
Damaged Items:
If you received a damaged item please email shop@dreidelhomeandsundry.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.
Lost Packages:
We recommend choosing Priority shipping at check out since USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority packages. Dreidel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
